Here you can select any of the option from the drop down list. Select destination as disk file.

Any saved format can be used as an independent file.

eExport Globally use following conventions
1. F2 for selection from existing data.
2. F3 to add new data where applicable

For example - F2 Master–> Product–>Product Master
When user press F2 on Code field or click to the … button given adjacent to this field all the previously added data will display in another window.

For example - F3 Master–> Product–>Product Master
Incase user need to add new Group in Product Master –>Group. Press F3 key on this field and a new window will open to add new group.

eExport Demo version can be used by entering
Login User Code as = SYSTEM (Upper Case)
Password = SYSTEM (Upper Case)

In eExport we are using Indian short date format, in all the documents of eExport you have to enter date like 24/05/2007 (DD/MM/YYYY).

No you do not need to purchase oracle.

Oracle 10g XE is included with eExport - Export Sales Management Software.
Once you install oracle just go to
Start Menu –>eExport–>Install oracle.

In case you have not downloaded eExport-Export Sales Management Software, you can download or request for Demo CD.

If you find that your company name is not fully displayed at the time of export documents printing like Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Packing List.

Please download new update for this bug.

After downloading the file please perform following steps.

1. eSales.zip is in compressed format, First unzip this file it will create eSales.exe
2. Browse the folder where eExport is Installed, default location is C:\Program files\eExport\eSales.exe
3. Rename the existing file named eSales.exe as eSales.old in browsed folder.
4. Copy your downloaded and unzipped file eSales.exe into your browsed folder of eExport.

Now start using eExport and check your company’s name in all export documents.

This problem can be caused by two reasons as already shown in message box. Now questions comes how you can check these two issues.

1. Oracle Already Installed

To check that oracle already installed or not goto
Start Menu–>All programs–>Oracle Database 10g Express Edition.
If you can see this menu that means oracle 10g is installed. In case you did not find this entry goto
Start menu–>eExport–>Install oracle
This link will install oracle 10g on your system.

2. Oracle Service Running
In case you have already installed oracle, then please perform following steps to check that oracle properly installed or not.

Start Menu–>All programs–>Oracle database 10g Express Edition–>Stop Database
Start Menu–>All programs–>Oracle database 10g Express Edition–>Start Database

Now try to connect eExport again. If you still not able to connect but oracle is insatalled. In that case it may be oracle is not properly installed. Please check another post of Oracle minimum system requirements for details
