- In the inquiry management screen user can store all the relevant information about any sale lead like (firm name, contact person, phone, fax, email, products interested, category, response required). User can also specify which person is responsible for the sale lead and what is the action due date
- User can create emails with attachments, which will usually sent against particular product.These emails get stored in the database. So no chance of loosing and retyping.
- User can create letters also with our editor. It provides all the normal features provided by any word processor. These letters are also gets stored in the database.
- Software provides an option to group sale leads, which require one type of action to be performed. We call these groups as Views. User can use following parameters at the time of creating views

- These views are being used for sending email, letters, and printing the address labels.
